+ Provide security coverage for short-term, special security assignments
+ Assist in start-ups at new accounts which includes working the site and training newly assigned permanent officers
+ Weekend and holiday availability needed
+ Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, holidays, etc.
+ Conflict resolution and de-escalation
+ Secure entrances / patrol inside and outside the client's premises
+ Provide high level of customer service to clients, employees, and guests.
