**Floater Security Officer - Part-Time**

**Location:** Casa Grande, AZ

_**Open availability needed & will be stationed at various site locations**_

**Rate:** $17.00/Hour

As a Multi-Site Officer, you will gain a broad knowledge of various high-profile posts and will be evaluated for leadership and further growth potential.

**What Your Day May Look Like**

+ Provide security coverage for short-term, special security assignments

+ Assist in start-ups at new accounts which includes working the site and training newly assigned permanent officers

+ Weekend and holiday availability needed

+ Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, holidays, etc.

+ Conflict resolution and de-escalation

+ Secure entrances / patrol inside and outside the client's premises

+ Provide high level of customer service to clients, employees, and guests.

**Position Requirements**

+ Must be at least 18 years of age

+ High school diploma or GED required

+ Valid Arizona driver's License and clear driving history

+ Standard computer / technology skills needed

+ Customer service background preferred

+ Prior security experience a plus

+ Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner

+ Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift

+ Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout the shift.
