**Responsibilities**
Performs diagnostic examinations and therapeutic procedures utilizing radionuclides and radiopharmaceuticals under the direction of physicians licensed to possess and use radioactive materials.
**Qualifications**
**Requirements:**
+ Licensed under the California Radiologic Health Branch in Nuclear Medicine (RG-RHNM)
+ BLS required.Education level necessary to obtain required licensure and certifications.
**Preferred Skills:**
+ 2 years Nuclear Medicine experience preferred.
+ ARRT and/or NMTCB preferred.
**Special Skills:**
+ Ability to read an interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
+ Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
+ Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and how to draw and interpret a bar graph.
+ Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents and logarithms.
+ Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
+ Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements.
