Operations Project Management Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Project Management Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in managing the intake processes and ensure a smooth transition for various tasks and projects. You will be responsible for coordinating meetings, organizing documentation, and updating project management files/tasks to support transition readiness to our service delivery operations.

Responsibilities include:

+ Meeting coordination: Prepare for and conduct intake meetings

+ Communication: Summarize meeting notes, update stakeholders on task progress and maintain clear communication

+ Manage and simplify complex business problems, leverage and analyze data to determine opportunites, drive quick decisions, and create cases for change

+ Effectively and simply communicate complex concepts multiple stakeholder groups

+ Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement

+ Collaborate across multiple teams to gather requirements, align on priorities and track progress

+ Track and report key metrics

Basic Qualifications:

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations delivery or project management roles

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree

+ Experience in HR operations, as well as understanding of HR best practices, legislative, and regulatory constraints within the HR space

+ Experience supporting global customers

+ Experience in requirement analysis techniques and methodologies and delivering business value through process improvement in the operations delivery space

Professional Skills Requirements:

+ Proven track record of delivering business value through strategic partnerships and process improvement

+ Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, with demonstrated critical thinking and thought leadership

+ Application of problem-solving skills to challenge the status quo and develop efficient workflows and engagement models

+ Communication and interpersonal skills, as well as an ability to influence stakeholders

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

+ Experience being adaptable when faced with conflicting priorities, multi-tasking to get things done in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.
