**Sandblasters**

Ultimate LLC is **urgently seeking** **to hire Laborers to Power wash** in **Phoenix, Arizona** . The **pay for this position is up to $19-$21 per hour** based on experience. The majority of our position hours range from **40+ hours** a week. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all craftsmen with no week in the hole.

**Ultimate LLC Sandblaster Requirements**

1. Operate a power washer to clean storage tanks

2. standing, walking, crouching, lifting 30+ pounds

3. Show up on time and ready to work wearing the proper PPE

4. Shovel wet sand as the cleaning process goes

5. May be asked to work overtime

**Skills and Ability** :

1. **Power wash experience a major plus. Must be willing to perform hard labor**

**Job** **Expectations:**

1. Adherence to safety policies:

+ Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

+ Attend safety meetings and stay updated on safety protocols.

+ Report injuries, near misses, or unsafe conditions to the site supervisor immediately.

1. Communication and punctuality:

+ Arrive 10 minutes early to the job site to ensure punctuality.

+ Call the foreman to report sickness – avoid texting.

+ Inform the foreman about appointments or time-off requests at least one week in advance.
