As an Advanced Field Service Engineer here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide advanced technical support and expertise to our customers in the in the HVAC industry. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Your expertise and commitment to excellence will play a crucial role in the success of our field service operations and the growth of our business
You will report directly to our Field Service Supervisor and travel up to 70% to the customer sites in Detroit, MI and outside the region. During the first 90-180 days, you may travel to other areas for training and assistance. You will receive a vehicle and a travel and expense card for business use.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Communicate with customers regularly regarding technical and administrative issues
+ Provide customer support on Honeywell Control Systems and serve as a customer contact for service-related issues/enquiries
+ Upgrade Experion software from one software release to another software release on live control system without causing any interruption to customer’s industrial process
+ Understand customer key processes and economic drivers and translate those into business opportunities, providing timely research and recommendations
+ Assist Sales during sales pursuits and be the face of Honeywell to end-users, and competitors
+ Learn the end-to-end product/solution development and delivery/execution of Honeywell products and solutions
+ Use technical expertise of sophisticated Honeywell solutions/product offerings to improve customer experience
+ Lead and assist in training less experienced field service engineers and technicians

**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
+ Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions
+ Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Industrial Automation technologies
+ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
+ Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
+ Experience in project management and execution
+ Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
