As a Lead HR Services Administrator here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and delivering high-quality HR services to our organization. Your responsibilities will include managing employee data and records, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services to the organization.
+ Manage and optimize HR systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within HR.
+ Partner with key stakeholders to understand business needs and develop HR solutions that drive organizational success.
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR operations and service delivery.
+ C1 knowledge of German language.
+ Good knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
+ Understanding of HR systems and technology.
+ Strong ability to manage multiple priorities.
