You will report directly to our General Regional Manager LOB and you will work out of our Mexico City, Mexico or Barueri, Sao Paulo location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, your impact on the company will be significant. By effectively managing and leading a team of sales representatives, you will drive revenue growth, contribute to the company's financial success, and strengthen customer relationships. Your ability to develop and implement sales strategies and identify new business opportunities will position Honeywell as a leader in the industry and drive the company's growth and competitiveness in the market.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

• Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets

• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support

**YOU MUST HAVE**

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 7 years in a leadership or managerial role

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
