Sr Program Controls Specialist

In this role, you will impact the successful execution of complex programs and projects, ensuring that they are efficiently managed while providing strategic leadership and guidance to your team of program controls professionals.

You will report directly to our Sr Director, Program Management and you’ll work out of our Mason, OH location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Our top Parts Account requires a new operations role to manage the account for KPI's, escalations, obsolescence communications, fill rate goals, Customer communications, reduced cycle times and process improvements. In 2024 this was an $84M annual account and will grow to $100M to $150M starting in July 2025.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Lead the program controls function for projects and programs.

+ Develop and implement program planning and scheduling strategies.

+ Monitor and control program costs and budgets.

+ Identify and mitigate program risks and issues.

+ Analyze program performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program success.

+ Ensure compliance with program management standards and best practices.

**YOU MUST HAVE**

+ Minimum of 6 years of experience in program controls, project management, or related roles.

+ Strong leadership and team management skills.

+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

+ Experience with program planning and scheduling tools.
