Sr. Lead Management Supervisor

The Sr Lead Management Supervisor role is responsible for developing, deploying and coordinating the Lead Management related activities, aligned with clearly defined KPIs to maximize the impact in Industrial Automation’s pipeline revenue.

We are looking for someone who will manage the Lead Management team and will work closely with the Inside Sales and Marketing Leadership, to support drive the lead management process into business opportunities. The scope includes to analyse marketing and sales data and feedback to develop insights, review leads process and procedures and chose best course of action for optimization.

You will report directly to our Director Digital Marketing and you’ll work out of our Bucharest location on a hybrid work schedule.

+ Manage the Lead Management team and set in place an effective MOS across IA and at the GBEs level

+ Work closely with the Inside Sales and Marketing Leadership to understand and align the business requirements for an efficient lead management process

+ Optimize lead scoring and assignment programs to support sales team

+ Establish, manage, monitor and report demand management KPIs and quality metrics

+ Analyse and identify process and procedures opportunities and assign tasks to standardize work within lead management team and or to assign them to the right responsible owner

+ Take ownership and offer guidance to Lead Management Representatives, to prioritize as well as to direct urgent leads to right responsible

+ Identify and recommend policy and process improvements to enhance the effectiveness of the Lead Management processes and decrease the lead cycle time

+ Identify opportunities to automate elements of the global Lead Management, driving optimization of execution

+ Support on all lead generating channels

+ Define and implement data acquisition and update activities to maintain database at desired coverage and quality levels

+ Audit and document the managed scoring models

+ Work close with Marketing and Inside Sales teams to improve continuously the quality and measurement for a solid Lead Management Process

+ Work with other functions (e.g. sales excellence, IT) to develop a broader lead management strategy

+ Ensure that the demand waterfall is delivering strong conversion rates.

+ Communicate lead and data management status, progress and success

+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, IT, Finance or other related disciplines

+ Project management principles and disciplines

+ Proficient in English, both verbal and written, is a must. Second language will be a plus

+ 3 – 4 years’ experience in marketing, communication, or business processes

+ Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or lead generation activities

+ Good understanding of the marketing funnel and how the conversions rates can be influenced

+ Experience with sales automation tools like Salesforce (Marketo is a plus) and integrated communications programs

+ Marketing measurement and reporting

+ Microsoft Office package knowledge (Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio – a plus)

+ Data evaluation skills

+ Strong presentation skills

+ People management experience
