As a Sr Customer Experience Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and enhancing the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities
+ Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify areas for improvement in the customer experience
+ Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
+ Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience
+ Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of customer experience initiatives
+ Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress of customer experience initiatives
YOU MUST HAVE
+ 2 years of proven experience in driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent project management and organizational skills.
+ Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
+ Experience in customer experience management is preferred.
+ Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
