HSE Engineer II

As a HSE Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will be instrumental in fostering a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility within the organization. You will report directly to our HSE Manager and you’ll work out of our Chihuahua, Chihuahua location on a On site work schedule. In this role, you will impact our business by ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and the environment. Your contributions will not only protect our people and assets but also enhance our reputation as a responsible and sustainable organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute comprehensive HSE strategies that align with the organization's mission, fostering a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility.

• Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, permits, and certifications.

• Conduct thorough risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement engineering solutions and preventive measures.

YOU MUST HAVE

+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematicsIndustrial Hygiene knowledge

+ 4+ years of experience in HSE engineering

+ In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices

+ Proficiency in risk assessment and incident investigation techniques

+ Intermediate English
