As a Sr Strategic Plan Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving Honeywell's strategic planning initiatives. In this role, you will impact comprehensive, encompassing strategic direction, alignment, execution, performance monitoring, risk management, stakeholder engagement, decision support, innovation, communication, budget management, cross-functional collaboration, long-term sustainability, performance improvement, employee development, and competitive advantage. They play a critical role in ensuring that strategic plans are not only formulated but effectively implemented to drive the organization's success and growth.

Key Responsibilities

+ Develop and implement strategic plans

+ Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities

+ Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive strategic initiatives

+ Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership

+ Monitor and evaluate industry trends and competitive landscape

+ Lead and mentor junior members of the Strategic Planning team

YOU MUST HAVE

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or related roles

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment
