We have an opportunity for a **Senior Advanced Systems Engineer - Innovative Avionics** to join our Honeywell team in Cracow.

You will help create breakthrough innovations that will ensure Honeywell’s leadership position and take a technical leadership role in creating system solutions for the TCAS and Transponder Product Team that will meet the long-term evolving needs of our customers. You will have ownership for systems engineering development at every aspect of the systems life cycle, from the front end of business development through product end of life. You will work across disciplines within the Electronic Systems business to drive growth and reach critical business milestones, with a high degree of visibility in the role. This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office, 2 from home.

**Key requirements**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
+ 5+ years of Systems Engineering experience
**We Value**
+ Experience with RF products
+ Master's Degree or advanced professional certification
+ Competence to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
+ Knowledge of avionics products and their development lifecycle.
+ Advanced knowledge of TCAS and Transponder products and development lifecycle
+ Experience with the FAA certification process for avionics
+ Experience in working with aircraft manufacturers such as Boeing, Airbus, Dassault, etc
+ Individuals that quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts.
+ Leading diverse and global team
+ Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done.
+ Ability to adapt dictated by project changes
+ Multi-tasking and has the ability to manage a variety of complicated tasks and people
+ Making autonomous decisions
+ Experience with providing technical leadership of cross-functional design teams consisting of Systems, Software, Hardware and Test engineers.
