+ Minimum of 1 year of experience as an FNP in a primary care setting

+ DEAwith prescriptive authority required

+ FNP designation with eligibility for AZ license

+ Provider who prefers to see all ages

+ Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
