Outstanding long-term contract opportunity! A well-known Financial Services Company is looking for a Loan Workout Specialist/Legal Assistant in Phoenix, AZ.

Contract Duration: 12 Months+ with possible fulltime conversion

**Required Skills & Experience**

+ Legal administration/ support experience

+ Ability to combining documents in Adobe Reader

+ User level experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, & One Note

+ Experience with shipping documents with FEDEX

+ Working knowledge of legal civil procedures

+ Must be highly organized

+ Strong time management skills (will be working with hundreds of time sensitive documents that come in weekly)

+ Partnership skills - ability to work with Q/A team

+ 6+ months of legal admin experience is preferred

+ Hands on experience supporting paralegals, attorneys, or court systems will be helpful

**Desired Skills & Experience**

+ Root cause analysis.

+ Understanding credit cards, that is the main department.

+ Payment research.

+ Litigation exposure specifically civil procedure.

+ Partnering with 3rd party law firms.

+ Working independently and being resourceful.

+ Enterprise/corporate environment background.

**What You Will Be Doing**

+ Participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Loan Workout.

+ Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Loan Workout.

+ Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

+ Provide information to client personnel in Loan Workout.

+ Functions include assessing wide-ranging customer circumstances, conducting extensive research, determining appropriate courses of action, documenting/communicating finding, and supporting the issue through direct mediation as applicable.

+ Manage stakeholder relationships with customers, family members, legal representatives, and business partners.
