**What You-ll Do**

A **pplications & Cloud Operations Engineer**

+ Excellentproblem-solving skills which can be leveraged to troubleshoot large, andcomplex systems.

+ Provideextensive technical expertise to identify and restore service disruptionsduring and after outages and minor to major incidents.

+ Learn,improve and maintain strong application or product knowledge in afast-paced collaborative environment.

+ Documenttechnical problems, solutioning, triage steps and remediations forapplications, systems, SaaS services, integrations and websites supportedat a Tier 2 and 3 level.

+ Abilityto utilize troubleshooting concepts across multiple technologies andfunctions in a global and virtual environment to ensure successfulremediation of issues or system degradations.

+ Proficiencyin Microsoft Windows environment

+ Understandcloud computing concepts and the ability to analyze and diagnose issues.(Azure cloud computing nice to have but not required).

+ Reproduceand/or debug customer application issues by utilizing or repurposingtoolsets, scripts or procedures in partnership with DevOps and systemsdevelopment teams

+ Familiarwith basic networking concepts.

+ Basicunderstanding of database concepts (preferably SQL).

+ Providestrategic influence across groups, projects and products to implementappropriate technology solutions to solve complex business problems.

+ Organizationalagility - ability to work in a productive and cooperative way with avariety of people ranging from VPs, developers, customers, vendors andsupport staff.

+ Communicationcapable - ability to relay customer facing issues to backend developers,product owners and vendors with technical clarity.

+ Participates inon-call/afterhours support as scheduled within the team and business releasecycles
