Responsibilities:
• Coordinate building and office maintenance, repairs, and vendor relations.
• Manage office security systems, including access controls.
• Organize workspace setups and internal employee relocations.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding in portals like Westlaw, Turbo Court, AZefile, and Pacer.
• Manage firm insurance policies, notary renewals, and applications.
• Maintain records of office assets and vendor agreements.
• Support operational projects, meetings, and client inquiries.
• Assist with emergency procedures and office safety protocols.
• Organize employee events, meetings, and training logistics.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s preferred.
• 2+ years in office administration or facilities management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:
• Legal environment experience.
• Familiarity with security/safety protocols and basic IT troubleshooting.
