Job Title: Civil Designer
Job Description
We have immediate openings for full-time entry-level to Sr-level CAD Technicians/Drafters. Join our successful and growing team to work on a variety of exciting projects in the public and private land development sectors. This position involves creating and conceptualizing drawings for projects such as civil site layouts, residential communities, utilities, grading, stormwater, water/wastewater, and municipal roadways.
Responsibilities
+ Produce base drawings, plan and profile drawings, perspective drawings, overlays, profiles, and related maps and illustrations primarily for civil site layout and residential communities, utility, grading, stormwater, water/wastewater, and municipal roadway projects.
+ Maintain project files and ensure CADD standards.
+ Assist project managers with the preparation of quantities, cost estimates, and project submittals.
Essential Skills
+ Training in CAD, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
+ 2 – 10 years of experience in a civil-related engineering field, preferred.
+ Proficiency and experience in AutoCAD and Civil3D.
+ Familiarity with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
+ Consistency and high accuracy in work output.
+ Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced multi-discipline team environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours if required.
+ Civil AutoCAD certification.
+ Experience in site development and civil design
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00
