**Responsibilities**

Carries out the functions of their assigned position while providing leadership support to the Practice Manager and staff. Ensures smooth daily operations by being available to provide direction field customer and staff questions and ensures quality operations.

**Qualifications**

Minimum Required:

+ Two years in a medical clinic environment with knowledge of all areas

+ CT CPRBLS - Required: American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider

+ Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing providing excellent customer service

+ Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities/tasks simultaneously

Preferred

+ Supervisory or lead experience

+ Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience; Cerner strongly preferred

**Pay Range**

$23.47 - $25.89 /hour
