In this role, you will report directly to our Sr Director IT and work out of our Atlanta, GA, Phoenix, AZ or Charlotte, NC locations on a hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

+ Effectively analyze and document business and system requirements, functional specifications, user cases and workflows.

+ Design and validate solution with stakeholders through interactive prototypes, wireframes, or mockups

+ Lead Epic refinements and User Story grooming Groom with product Owners and Technical teams prior to start of development activities

+ Work on the end-to-end implementation life cycle of the CRM or CPQ global design model across all SBG’s. Drive commonality in capabilities and features developed for IT platforms across Honeywell enterprise.

+ Liaise with technical leads / architects to ensure solution alignment with design standards.

+ Design solutions that ensure optimal performance, quality, scalability, and security.

+ Provide user support to facilitate rapid adoption of standard tools and platforms, speeding time to value of the new solution capabilities.

+ Skilled in creating detailed data migration plans, including timelines, risk assessments, and contingency planning for potential issues during migration.

+ Ensuring high data quality during migration by setting up rigorous validation checks, identifying duplicates, and resolving discrepancies.

+ Knowledge of handling historical data and integrating it accurately within new CRM or CPQ systems without data loss.

+ Align with enterprise-wide Agile teams and strong adherence to Agile cadence.

+ Effectively communicate with IT/business stakeholders and conduct show and tell sessions.

The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.

YOU MUST HAVE

+ 4+ years of experience on the CRM or CPQ platforms or similar sales enablement platforms.

+ Familiarity with CPQ process integrations with Salesforce/CRM, SAP ERP or similar platforms

+ Familiarity in using Data Analysis tools and techniques for data mapping, transformation and integration.

+ Proficiency in requirement management tools like Jira, Confluence.

+ Proficient in using various business intelligence tools for creating reports and dashboards.

+ Experience on projects in large enterprise IT environments.

+ Good interpersonal and communication skills to be able to clearly articulate solutions to business problems.
