Daily job duties include:

+ Develop and Manage Operations: Create facility operation plans for peak seasons and scale fulfillment operations, including quality control, inventory, and returns.

+ Support Retail Logistics: Oversee store fulfillment strategies and ensure efficient retail allocation.

+ Collaborate Across Departments: Work with team leaders to accommodate special requests and implement process changes.

+ Drive Performance and Improvements: Set productivity standards, monitor KPIs, and identify areas for efficiency improvements.

+ Team Development and Change Management: Motivate and train staff, focusing on performance, safety, and a culture of continuous improvement.
