As a Material Handler here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the efficient movement and storage of materials within our Hamilton location. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, as well as maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring timely delivery to production areas. Your attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols will contribute to the smooth operation of our supply chain. You will report directly to our Supply Chain Manager and you'll work out of our Hamilton, IA location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our supply chain by ensuring the accurate and timely movement of materials. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to meet customer demand and deliver high-quality products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials
+ Store materials in designated locations
+ Pick and pack materials for production orders
+ Maintain accurate inventory records
+ Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials
+ Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

YOU MUST HAVE
+ High school diploma or GED
+ 1+ years of experience in material handling or a related field
+ Ability to operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack)
+ Basic computer skills
