Learn more at HonorHealth.com. Responsibilities Job Summary Performs a variety of administrative functions to support client intake operations and market/warehouse functions. Greets clients and volunteers and directs them to the appropriate areas of the Food Bank. Provides customer intake and customer service as needed at the front counter of the Food Bank. Obtains eligibility, demographic and financial information from clients. Inputs data into database. Refers clients to other Desert Mission programs as appropriate. Answers phones and email requests for information. Operates cash register, receives payments by way of cash and food stamps. Unloads, sorts, and stores food from food drives and other goods. Assists in preparation and/or distribution of all food (and other scheduled) programs. Labels and stores food in proper areas following sanitation standards for food storage and service. Qualifications Education High School Diploma or GED Required Experience 2 years office administration or customer service Required
