As an Advanced Project Engineer at Honeywell, you will be part of shaping and driving the turbomachinery engineering strategy across our organization and will report directly to the Engineering Program Manager.
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

The annual base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $156,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Overseeing the design, development and qualifications of turbomachinery components including Gas Foil Bearings, Liquid Cooling Systems, Turbine Power Systems, Compressors and Fans which meet customer and internal requirements.
+ Leading teams in establishing program plans with respect to cost and schedule.
+ Identifying and resolving design problems of performance, strength, weight, material selection and finishes.
+ Identifying and incorporating best practices for product design.
+ Implementing development and qualification test objectives, writing test procedures, and overseeing the preparation of test units and the conduct of tests.
+ Coordinating activities to reduce test data, prepare test reports.
+ Production Technical support.
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
+ 5 years of product development in mechanical equipment experience preferably rotating equipment.
