As a Sr. Field Service Technician - Fire Alarm here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support in the field of fire alarm systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems for our customers. Your knowledge and skills will contribute to the safety and security of buildings and the people within them. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager.

In this role, you will impact the safety and security of buildings by:

- Installing, maintaining, and repairing fire alarm systems

- Conducting inspections and tests to ensure compliance with regulations and standards

- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

- Providing technical guidance and support to customers and field service technicians

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The annual base salary range for this position is $59,500 - $83,200. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus.

YOU MUST HAVE

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems

• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of fire alarm systems

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to customers and field service technicians

• Valid driver’s license.

• NICET Certification

• Relevant certification or training in fire alarm systems

• Experience in conducting inspections and tests for compliance

• Strong customer service skills
