**Responsibilities**
**RN Transition Program - Telemetry Monitoring, Beginning March 3rd, 2025.**
The Transition RN Fellowship at Northridge Hospital Medical Center prepares and supports experienced nurses as they enter into a specialty unit.
Candidates must have at least 1 Year of RN Work Experience to be eligible for this program.

**Qualifications**
+ Graduate of Accredited RN school of Nursing required.
+ Completion of an approved Basic Arrhythmia course prior to the start of the transition program (unless otherwise agreed upon by Unit Director and Education department to complete during the program)
+ Minimum 2 years of RN experience in an acute care setting required.
+ Registered Nurse with current CA License and current American Heart Association Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider card required.
+ ACLS PALS (per unit requirements)
+ Successful completion of a formal Dignity Health interview process; the overall scoring of the interview consensus will be taken into consideration in determining the selection of candidate(s).
+ Current employees: Must be in good standing with no disciplinary actions within the past twelve(12) months and with at least a "Meets" standards on the last 2 perfomance evaluations.
**Preferred**
+ BSN / MSN preferred.
**Pay Range**
$47.10 - $67.04 /hour
