As an Inspector Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, tests, and measurements to ensure that our products meet the required standards and specifications. Your attention to detail and expertise in quality control will contribute to the overall success of our operations.
In this role, you will impact the quality and reliability of our products, ensuring that they meet the highest standards. You will be responsible for conducting inspections and tests, identifying any defects or non-conformities, and implementing corrective actions. Your work will contribute to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes and the satisfaction of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
1st shift 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday
Conduct inspections, tests, and measurements on products to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
Test parts and raw material
Monitor and verify quality
Recommend improvements
Identify and document any defects or non-conformities
Record observations
Audit quality control programs
Develop specs and procedures
Improve quality practices
U.S. Citizen REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements
YOU MUST HAVE
2+ years of inspecting experience in a manufacturing environment
WE VALUE
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems
Knowledge of standard concepts, practices and procedures in quality control inspection field
Good analytical and creative problem solving skill
Able to work in group environment
Proactively and clearly communicate important, comprehensive, and specific information that others need
Ability to read technical data and specifications
Interface with customers and other functional groups
