Primary Responsibilities:

· Perform all-position MIG welding to join steel and aluminum metals from 1/16”- to 1”-thick plate.

· Interpret and carry out work orders, blueprints, sketches, and verbal instructions.

· Properly clamp parts into jigs or holding fixtures.

· Clean burrs, spatter, and weld flux from assemblies.

· Hand count material for inventory purposes.

· Wear and maintain protective clothing and equipment including a welding helmet, welding gloves, cotton clothing, safety glasses and steel toe safety shoes.

· Follow all safety practices during assembly and production operations and ensure work areas are maintained in a safe, clean, and orderly manner.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Successfully passed a plant-administered welding test, which included both hands-on welding and a math-based measurement assessment.

+ Blueprint Reading

+ Regular attendance is essential.

Work Environment:

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, eg., working around moving parts, machines, fumes, or irritating chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing, or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.

• May be required to use ladders/mechanical platforms/manlifts/scaffold to access

**Job Summary:** -- This position is responsible for the successful design, implementation, and maintenance of the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) system for a large-scale enterprise environment. This role ensures that all Configuration Items (CIs) and IT assets are properly tracked, documented, and maintained. The Senior ServiceNow ITOM & ITAM Engineer will work closely with IT, security, and business teams to ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** --

+ **ITOM &CMDB Management** :

+ Design and manage large-scale CMDB, ensuring proper relationships between millions of Configuration Items (CIs).

+ Optimize ServiceNow Discovery for hybrid enterprise environments (on-prem, cloud, containers) while deploying and managing hundreds of MID Servers across global data centers.

+ Define and enforce CSDM-aligned governance and data management frameworks to ensure scalability and reliability.

+ Conduct regular audits and reconciliation processes to maintain CMDB accuracy and compliance across distributed IT environments.

+ Partner with cloud, network, and security teams to map infrastructure components across a complex IT landscape, and track software, hardware, and network assets.

All Things Metal is seeking a dedicated full-time Journeyman Ironworker to join our team.

All Things Metal is a fast-paced environment with an existing culture in a challenging industry. We are looking for individuals to help take us to the next level and that are here to stay. This isn't a temporary position where you'll be laid off in a couple months after you complete a job. We have steady work, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. This position does not require travel outside of AZ and is not per diem.

A Journeyman at All Things Metal is responsible for the accurate erection of structural steel members in accordance with OSHA and AISC guidelines.

This position requires ability to work steel efficiently and accurately to build a level and plumb building in a fast-paced environment.

We are searching for someone to accomplish raising, positioning, aligning and connecting columns beams and other structural members to complete structural framing and miscellaneous steel assemblies.

Requirements:

• Coordinate with field labor crew for efficient installations

• Position the weld set up, fit the piping and perform welds involving a high degree of precision independently

• Make welding repairs and substandard welds

• Assist with coordination of any Pre-Fabrication layout or installation

• Estimating sizes, distances, and quantities; or determining time, costs, resources, or materials needed to perform a work activity.
