    As a Product Manager – Access and Integrations within Pearson Higher Education, you will specialize in understanding and advocating for the needs of our customers using Pearson course materials.     **Job Responsibilities:**

    Develop expertise in a portfolio of solutions to reduce friction in users’ access and onboarding journey

    Serve as technical product manager for new integration feature development, creating requirements, managing backlog, prioritizing development, and engaging directly with engineering team

    Collaborate with UX, CX, product managers, and other cross-functional teams across Higher Education to ensure access and integration use cases are understood and requirements are implemented according to user needs

    **JOB SUMMARY**

    The Analytics Product Manager will manage an agile squad that provides advanced analytics and analytics product production to stakeholders across the organization; has responsibility for planning, organizing, and managing analytics and reporting efforts to produce valuable insights from our data to help improve the utilization of our digital programs. The Analytics Product Manager has responsibility for developing, managing improvement, and compliance to standards, policies and procedures set by the analytics department to achieve consistent, quality reporting to meet overall clinical and business needs.

    **SALARY** : The pay range for this position is $47.41/hour ($98,612/year) for those with entry-level qualifications up to $84.42/hour ($175,593/year) for those highly experienced. The specific rate will depend upon the successful candidate's specific qualifications and prior experience.

    **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE**

    + Serves as a credible advisor to EDA leaders and client stakeholders to help advance, implement, and achieve analytic department targets and desired outcomes, providing practical and relevant ideas and insights.

    + Manages and trains a team of analytics staff.

    + Accountable for ensuring staff appropriately defines, documents, develops, and delivers their work in a timely manner.

    + Troubleshoots issues and reports on trends that warrant attention.

    + Manages and documents domain portfolios with analytic leadership and service line owner, meeting standards and expectations provided by analytic leadership.

    + Accountable for organization, prioritization, and management of healthcare domain deliverables utilizing agile methodologies to manage and maintain tracking of projects.

    + Accountable for developing and executing project plans that are large in scale on time, within scope, and on budget .

    + Drive processes and testing toward self-service utilization of analytic products.

    + Combines with business, technology, and functional healthcare team members to ensure that analytic requirements are clearly defined, communicated, and implied as part of operational prioritization and planning.

    + Works as the primary liaison with vendors to drive activity, deliver updates and manage the product lifecycles and upgrades.

    + Provides progress reports to management and manages domain roadmap.

    + Accountable and accountable for managing work and projects of self and others, demonstrating management abilities to maintain momentum and move work forward, managing reporting on all projects.

    + Produces superior work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and expectations for quality. Effectively negotiating deadlines when necessary and communicating changes to manage expectations.

    + Develops and maintains subject matter expertise in project management, data governance, data analytics, or analytic development within a healthcare environment.

    + Experience in a healthcare organization presenting to all levels of management preferred

    + Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, systematic and problem-solving skills are required.

    + MS Office Suite Proficient Experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook
