    **Duties and Responsibilities:**

    The Enterprise Comm’s & Mar-Tech Experiences (ECMX) team is a Marketing Centre of

    Excellence formed to support business units across the enterprise and sits within the

    Enterprise Digital and Data Solutions Group (EDDS). This role will support the ECMX

    organization and is responsible for growing the American Express brand in more than 150

    countries around the world.

    You will be part of a brand-new team, this team is responsible to create/manage products

    supporting the segmentation, targeting & eligibility domains using MarTech Customer Data

    Platform (CDP) across 24 Global markets. This team will play a critical role in overall

    Marketing targeting audience setup, execution and fulfillment of marketing offers across

    multiple channels. In this role you will own the product roadmap and strategic vision. You

    will partner with colleagues in Product, Engineering, and the Business to inform and drive

    forward the product roadmap.

    An ideal candidate will be interested in product management, technology modernization,

    and Mar-Tech Products. The candidate should be a quick-learner, curious problem solver

    and adept to work in a fast-paced environment.

    **The Senior Product Manager, MarTech CDP responsibilities:**

    + Subject matter expert on Customer Data Platforms, its capabilities, integrations, and limitations

    + Ability to contribute to overall MarTech product design, roadmap & work in partnership with key stakeholders at local and global to launch new functionalities and feature enhancements, aligned to product OKRs

    + Partner with key stakeholders to identify and document needs

    + Strategize and document a scalable CDP implementation tailored to AXP needs.

    + Translate Marketing team’s requirements into Product/process designs and define end-to-end workflow for marketing platforms.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, Marketing operations, Design, Engineering, DevOPS, Info security etc.

    + Create & own product backlog, conduct sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and retrospectives with engineering & product teams.

    + Oversee data management on CDP, including building schemas for batch and streaming datasets, configuring source and destination connectors, and ensuring data governance and security policies are in place, especially in regulated industries.

    + Collaboration on platform enhancement requests, assisting in prioritization of requests with the respective vendor

    + Creative thinker, able to re-envision existing processes to support new product development and product improvements.

    **Qualifications**

    + 5 years of Product Management experience in onboarding, integrating and scaling MarTech tools.

    + In-depth experience with Customer Data Platforms & related tool sets, e.g. Adobe CDP, Journey Optimizer, Workfront, Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, mParticle, Segment.

    + In-depth knowledge and experience in data management, including data mapping, governance, schema creation and customer data modeling.

    + Understanding of SDK implementations and server-to-server integrations.

    + Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail, handling, and prioritizationof multiple priorities, managing tight timelines.
