Summary
The EVV Manager provides oversight and manages the EVV coordinators and ATC monitors. This includes assisting and supporting management teams with Electronic Visit Verification related tasks and processes.
Essential Functions
Respond to all communication from members, families, and staff in a timely and professional manner
Completes payroll admin approval in Spokechoice
Supervises ATC monitors and scheduling
Tracks providers that fill in for emergencies and dont need to be present for an ATC monitor. Area manager will let EVV manager who needs to be added to this list
Assist with EVV-related scheduling tasks
Responsible for building out all relevant EVV Reports for Coordinators
Monitor timecards daily
Monitor provider engagement in timekeeping software engagement (entering times daily)
Monitor guardian engagement in timekeeping engagement (approving times daily)
Monitor EVV location issues, daily
Monitor ATC tasks & HAH data
Communicate and problem solve EVV/timekeeping software related challenges with
providers and guardians.
Traveling as needed throughout the state to resolve EVV related issues with guardians and/or providers.
Support timekeeping software and EVV-related troubleshooting with management
Coordinate daily provider schedules (including schedule changes, missed/rescheduled sessions etc.)
Enter and maintain daily provider schedules
Communicate timekeeping/EVV-related reports with team leaders
Monitor and adjust place of service code
Ability to work a flexible schedule in order to meet timelines
General office duties including data entry, spreadsheet maintenance and report Generation
Work as a team member with others to assist with their duties as necessary and able Meeting with providers in-person to assist with troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
3 months experience and/or education in the field of developmental disabilities or related. Acceptable experience includes but is not limited to caring for a family member with a disability, previous employment as a provider or a caregiver, a special education teaching degree, paraprofessional certification, volunteering with a disability-related community organization, etc.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Bilingual
Must complete and maintain the minimum necessary training classes and required documentation.
Must be able to acquire and maintain a Arizona Department of Public Safety Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card.
Required Education and Experience
High School diploma or GED, Bachelor’s degree preferred
At minimum one year of DDD industry experience,
At minimum one year experience in Management
At minimum one year experience working with EVV process

Description:
This job is responsible for answering inbound calls and initiating outbound calls within a call center to assist new and existing clients with determining the best solution for financing the purchase of a home, refinancing an existing mortgage, or obtaining a new home equity line of credit. Key responsibilities include analyzing the clients financial goals, determining the most optimal lending product solution, submitting the mortgage application, assisting clients with gathering supporting loan documentation, and keeping clients informed throughout the mortgage loan process. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Since this position requires SAFE Act registration, employees are required to register and to submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.
Responsibilities:
Provides exceptional client care

Utilizes multiple technology systems to assist customers and referral partners
Leverages defined lending processes and policies to meet guidelines and manage risks

Identifies opportunities through conversations with clients to recommend the bank's products through partner referrals as part of one team that delivers exceptional client care
Required Qualifications:
Has 1+ year of home loan origination and mortgage experience
Bilingual – Spanish Required
