    Coach small classes of young athletes in tennis and pickleball once a week at various campus locations. Pick up more weekly classes based on your schedule.

    PLEASE NOTE you do not need to be a tennis pro.

    We are seeking passionate and energetic individuals to join our team as Early Childhood Development Tennis Coaches. As a coach, you will be responsible for driving to different elementary and preschools to host one tennis class at a time per school. All necessary equipment and curriculum will be provided. The primary goal of this role is to inspire students to get active, have fun, and develop a love for tennis. We are looking for role model coaches who can engage young learners and create a positive and supportive environment.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Conduct engaging and age-appropriate tennis classes for elementary and preschool students.

    2. Drive to various schools to deliver classes, ensuring punctuality and professionalism.

    3. Set up and organize equipment prior to each class.

    4. Implement provided curriculum to introduce basic coordination and games.

    5. Foster a safe, inclusive, and fun learning environment for all participants.

    6. Encourage active participation and provide individualized attention to students as needed.

    7. Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and program coordinators.

    8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and facilities.

    9. Continuously assess student progress and provide feedback as appropriate.

    Requirements:

    1. Reliable transportation

    2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    3. Passion for promoting physical activity

    4. Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude

    5. CPR and First Aid (preferred but not required.)

    6. Willingness for us to run a background check

    7. Flexible schedule around the hours of 9am, 10am, and 3pm

    Pay: $35.00 per hour
