Global Fleet org is expanding and introducing new capabilities to our Fleet Management business that supports all Middle Mile assets (tractors, trailers, box trucks, hostlers). In this role you will deliver world class solutions while wearing many hats and working in a highly collaborative environment that is more startup than big company. This role will require strong leadership skills, ability to identify trends with limited data and interaction/influence with teams across Amazon to drive the development of our maintenance business.

This Program Manager will be responsible for defining the vision, roadmap and driving program execution of our Fleet Management business. This will be achieved through deep supply chain understanding, working backwards from customer requirements, and internal alignment with Finance and Capital Planning stakeholders. The role involves day to day interaction with senior Amazon leaders as internal customers, understanding their needs and converting them into efficient business models. **Turner & Townsend** is looking for a **Procurement and Supply Chain Manager** to support a large mining & tailings project in Tucson, Arizona. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and demonstrates leadership qualities.

Project Specific:

- Projects, Commercial Procurement for Legacy Assets for tailings dam remediation / Earthworks projects.

- 3x a week in Tucson, AZ and 2x a week at jobsite (1.5 hours commute from Phoenix, AZ)

**Responsibilities:**

+ Lead the sourcing, formation and execution of new contracts and manage contract variations compliant with the client level- statutory obligations.

+ Take the lead in facilitating meetings with internal and external stakeholders to foster deeper relationships with all supply chain partners.

+ Monitor performance of work under contract, at both project and portfolio levels, in line with contracted Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

+ Maintain business intelligence of market conditions and external risks and opportunities.

+ Lead and review the documentation and review/ approval process for the execution of variation/ amendment requests for contracts, to meet company guidelines.

+ Review and respond to potential new vendors with suitable responses to business development enquiries.

+ Issues RFx in alignment with sourcing/contracting strategy

+ Escalate contractual issues to relevant stakeholders and coordinate the resolution process including the facilitation and resolution of issues arising from claims, invoicing and rebates.

+ Keep track of supplier capacity, and schedule to meet NPI and mass production need.

+ Develop analytical solutions for data discovery and exploration leading to improvements in Procurement performance.

+ Build advanced analytics models (including predictive, prescriptive, machine learning, simulation, and statistical) to solve complex supply chain problems and to uncover new correlations and interdependencies among supply chain variables.

+ Collaborate with IT and Master Data teams to obtain high-quality data and ensure required datasets are available for discovery and model building.

**Qualifications**

+ 5+ years working experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

+ Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment.

+ Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.

+ Strong multi-tasking and organizational management skills.

+ Experience with establishing tender packages, bid evaluation and award of agreements;

+ Proficient in the MS Office Suite of products, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project;

+ SAP / GCMS / Procon / Smart Plant experience and experience in a mature Contract Management System (CMS) is preferred.

+ An inquisitive nature and flexibility to work in a team distributed across time zones

+ Proven track record of successful procurement and supply chain oversight

+ Advanced skills with spreadsheets, charts, and presentations.

+ Monitor inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing and distribution activities to ensure shelf-life monitoring and management, supports reduction of write offs and constantly looks for opportunities to improve productivities

+ Conduct project-related and ad hoc tasks, in particular in connection with continuous improvement projects and tenders and peak management

+ Build and provide full-cost analysis (yearly budget), risks and opportunities surrounding warehouse operations especially labor solutions.

**Role Purpose**

The Plant Supply Chain Manager, AO Phoenix is a key leader within the plant’s operations. This role serves as the single point of accountability for all supply chain-related activities at the site, ensuring seamless integration across supply chain functions.
