**Description**
The Section Manager is responsible for the managerial direction and leadership of the section and resources within a global practice or regional office. This includes supporting and executing business strategy, developing high performance teams, and promoting the Burns & McDonnell culture, values and mission. Participates in sales cycle activities including scoping, building, and delivering software demonstrations.
The Work:
+ Performs testing, change management, training, and implementation of SAP EWM, specializing in the area of SAP EWM Warehouse Management and Logistics Execution
+ Handles Inter company stock transport orders, intra company stock transport orders, transfer postings, and physical Inventory
+ Monitors stock movements and experienced in stock placements and removals using different put-away, picking strategies, and rules
+ Performs interfacing and uses Radio frequency devices (RF) as well as the SAP console to perform transactions on the warehouse floor, bar coding, and handling units
+ Involved in outbound process such as goods issue, which includes picking, loading, shipping, and billing
+ Involved in cross-docking process, transportation planning, and execution
+ Performs integration with legacy via IDOCS and QRPF queue processing
+ RF Device functions and Barcode support
+ Explores new SAP applications - Embedded EWM and Decentralized as a subject matter expert and may be first adopter for emerging SAP technologies.
+ Enforce the core competencies and professional standards of Accenture in all client engagements.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirement
Here’s What You Need:
+ Minimum of three (3) years previous experience SAP EWM Warehouse Management and Logistics Execution
+ Minimum of three (3) years experience managing Inbound/Outbound and Internal processes, handling Inter company stock transport orders, intra company stock transport orders, transfer postings, physical Inventory, and experience defining storage areas and storage bins.
+ Minimum of three (3) years previous experience with SAP Application Managed Service Processes, Ticketing tools, Change Management, ITIL processes
+ Minimum of one (1) previous global system implementation
+ Must have previous experience building trusted partnerships with clients / customers, provide guidance through complex functional and/or technical decisions
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience
Bonus Points if You Have:
+ Certification in EWM preferred
+ Pharmaceutical industry experience

The Production Control Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for all Inventory and Material movements for the factory and various other factory support related activities within a Production or Depot environment. The Warehouse Supervisor candidate will report to the Production Control Manager and be accountable for the daily management and direction of up to 20 Warehouse Identification Production Specialists (WIPS).
The Production Control Warehouse Supervisor will be tasked to define clear operational schedules, priorities, goals, and collaborate with functional and factory management to ensure the factories have the necessary MRO, Kanban, chemicals, and material required to allow for continuous manufacturing and delivery of line-flow or end-item products. The Supervisor will also coordinate all cycle counts for the factory to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.
This position involves direct support of Factory, Warehouse, and Inventory Management activities and requires spending significant amounts of time in and around the factory areas. The candidate must be capable and willing to work extended hours (when required) in a fast-paced deadline driven environment. This role also includes project management of Building 829.
What You Will Do
+ Lead a Warehouse (WIPS) Team in Tucson at the Airport Site
+ Ensure full compliance of company policies and procedures
+ Provide the required resources (facilities, processes, equipment, training, etc.) to ensure all employees work in a safe working environment
+ Communicate customer and site requirements to bargaining unit workforce
+ Interface with support employees including Planning, Engineering, Quality, and other Value Stream Leaders across shifts
+ Act as project manager for Building 829 to ensure hardware is stored safely, inventory is organized, and acting as liaison for material to be plant cleared.

Qualifications You Must Have
+ Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years relevant experience OR advanced degree and 3 years of relevant experience.
+ Experience leading a team.
+ The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
