**In this job, you will:**
+ Perform functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies and final assemblies.
+ Use sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments or equipment.
+ Determine and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
+ Work with engineers in conducting experiments.
Due to the sensitive nature of our work this is a fully on-site position; hybrid or remote work is not available. Relocation is not available for this role.
**Your Expertise - Required Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of additional education and/or related experience
+ Available to work 3:30pm to 1:00am
+ Proficiency in the use of hand tools, often requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
+ Experience following engineering drawings, instructions, parts lists and schematics
+ Ability to cut wire, crimp contacts, pin connectors, apply shielding, and torque connector hardware.

Salary Range: $43,100.00 - $71,900.00

**Job Summary**
Provide engineering support on duties such as inspection, processing and managing non-conforming materials (NCMRs), supporting production with quality issues and production process audits/inspections as well as supporting incoming inspection and reporting and working with suppliers on CAPAs

+ Recommends and performs appropriate quality controls, process testing and corrective action as needed to insure product and process integrity.
+ Ability to troubleshoot PLCs.
+ Troubleshoot quality issues of production orders.
+ Monitor and track product quality data, identify existing trends, drive quality improvement efforts, offer suggested conclusions and recommend follow-up action.
+ Experince working with, troubleshooting, and fixing robotics. Fanuc, Sepro yushin robotics experience preferred.
+ Provides on-going status follow-up with internal and external customers to support projects and programs.
+ Provides ongoing assistance to engineering by establishing and refining quality plans and systems.
+ Keep manager advised of work status, workload, problems, and progress as related to work assignments. Prepare project plan, schedule, budget, and interim reports.
+ Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules.
+ Provides a “Customer Service” attitude when interacting with internal and external customers while accomplishing work, production, and achieving quality standards.

**Education**
