The Department of Economic Security, Division of Technology Services (DTS) is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Applications Architect (Applications Development Lead). This position is responsible for leading system development and maintenance while guiding a team of developers. This role ensures project completion within established timelines and quality standards by making critical technical decisions, providing strategic direction and communicating project progress. The Applications Development Lead combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership skills to drive the success of software development initiatives. The Applications Development Lead is also responsible for ensuring project completion on time and within quality standards, making technical decisions, mentoring team members, and acting as a bridge between the technical team and stakeholders by communicating project progress and requirements effectively. This position is also responsible for performing On-Call after hour support when needed.

This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.

Job Duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and provide on call support as needed.
Provide architectural and application design directions to development team and establish and implement development standards, including Mentor other developers.
Architect and design new integrations. Work with a broad set of technologies such as Salesforce, MuleSoft, SmartComm, Informatica, Microsoft AZURE, SQL Server, Web Inspect, Checkmarx, Tableau, Integrations, Designing and Architecting solutions, Database Conversion.

The Design and Technical Sales Engineer contributes to the success of The Zippertubing Co. by providing innovative solutions to our customers. This position will interact directly with clients, identifying, developing, and testing products based on customer and business needs. Key responsibilities include product design, creation of prototypes, and transition of prototypes to production. This position will require knowledge of materials, creation of 3D models for products via CAD (SolidWorks preferred), and associated print drawings, tooling design, and documentation for customer and production use.

Major Tasks, Accountabilities, and Key Responsibilities:

Interface with customers to identify requirements and translate them into custom solutions.
Provide technical support and effectively communicate technical information to our customers.
Work with sales and marketing teams to create a clear understanding of our engineered solutions so they can best market and sell our products.
Develop product tooling, fixtures, jigs, and manufacturing efficiency aids.
Maintain project completion status for all active projects.
Create and modify Engineering documentation such as material specifications, drawings, 3D models, operating procedures, and reports.

Qualifications/Requirements

BS in Engineering from an ABET-accredited university is required.
3+ years’ experience in engineering design or technical sales.
Proficient in CAD, SolidWorks preferred.

While performing the duties of this job, the DTE will perform most of the work in a multi-occupied office environment, with face-to-face customer interactions, and some work is performed on the production floor, near vibrating loud equipment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. At times the employee may be exposed to airborne particulates, moving mechanical parts, and vibrations on the production floor. The noise level can be loud at times.

This role is partially sedentary; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a step ladder as necessary during their shift. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The position involves sitting, talking, hearing, climbing stairs, using the elevator, and walking throughout the 8-10-hour shift. Hand-eye coordination is necessary to operate tools, drafting instruments, computers, printers, and various equipment.

Arizona's fab operation (OTF - Ocotillo Technology Fabrication) is recruiting lab engineering staff to conduct key analysis for the latest Intel technologies. This requisition is seeking an experienced TEM, FIB, dual-beam, SEM or static fault isolation analysis specialist. Responsibilities: - Operation and/or ownership of TEM/FIB/SEM tools to analyze defect, metrology, or failure analysis samples - Mentorship and training of FA team staff (technicians and engineers) on TEM/FIB/SEM - Knowledge and demonstration of the techniques of dual-beam or manual sample preparation for TEM/SEM - Preparing analysis plans and reports for customers on findings - Working with Yield and Process Engineering on rapid problem solving through directed analysis - Development of new techniques of preparation or analysis of samples in collaboration with vendors or TD

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Bacheors, Masters, or PhD in Materials Science, Physics, Engineering or related fields
2+ years of hands-on experience with TEM, FIB, or SEM instrumentation in a lab or applications setting
2+ years of experience in a lab setting where samples are prepared for analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

-Knowledge of semiconductor process fundamentals and the advances in fabrication technology over the past decade, possibly applied in a Foundry setting or at fabless company.
-Knowledge or direct experience with general failure analysis tools in a semiconductor laboratory, especially with nanoprobing, AFM, or other static optical/thermal isolation tools.

This exciting transformation at Intel needs talented candidates with Process Integration, and Device engineering experience in Foundry to service local and global customers.

This job requisition is to seek an experienced Integration and Device engineer to join OTF to build a strong Yield engineering team including Integration and Device for Intel 18A technology to service global foundry customers. Candidates must possess strong Process integration knowledge which involves designing, developing, and optimizing the sequence of steps required for semiconductor devices, will work with various process technologies like lithography, etching, deposition, and chemical mechanical polishing. Experience and expertise in process integration, device engineering, and customer engineering are preferred.

As a Senior Process Integration Engineer, you may be responsible for but not limited to:

5+ years of applied industrial experience in Semiconductor process integration, device physics, logic, architecture and integration, and interconnect development on leading-edge technology nodes.
Work in 3nm-16nm FinFET and sub 3nm GAA
Experience in Yield Improvement and High-Volume Manufacturing
Experience with Process Design Kit (PDK) silicon model target generation and use, silicon-to-simulation correlation, test structure design, device modeling, and electrical characterization.
Experience with eight disciplines (8D) model, process control standards, FDC and SPC response strategy. Leading teams through end-to-end process and working knowledge and application of internal and external industry-standard audits and fully own compliance closure activities.
Ability to work across organizational boundaries using a structured problem-solving methodology to resolve process-related problems, quality improvement/tool improvement/ cost improvement actions.
