POSITION: Project Engineer

LOCATION: Arizona

JOB SUMMARY:Plan, develop, coordinate, and manage construction engineering activities for multiple construction projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Support Project Manager and / or Project Superintendent with project management.

+ Interface with others to resolve problems, ensure quality of construction, etc. in support of overall project schedule.

+ Duties may include: subcontract coordination, contract administration, submittals, creation and revision of work plans, field verification of quantities and work performed, analysis of CPM schedules, pay requests, and regular schedule updates with narratives.

+ Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental requirements.

+ Complete other assignments as assigned by your direct supervisor.

+ Maintain an insurable driving record.

QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

+ Minimum 2 years of industry experience.

+ Solar Farm Experience preferred

+ Must have a working knowledge of construction equipment and techniques, drawings & specifications, building materials and required standards applicable to discipline.

+ Superior communication and interpersonal skills essential.

+ Skilled in assuming responsibility and reaching deadlines.

+ Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

We are seeking Field Service Engineers to suppor t nationwide customers.

The Mission of a Field Service Engineer is to install, modify and service complex semiconductor industry high vacuum equipment and systems, as well as evaluate, troubleshoot and resolve design issues related to such installations and servicing of Company products at all types of customer field sites, as well as provides a wide range of basic-to-advanced technical assistance to customers and fellow employees to ensure the accomplishment of scheduled work assignments and customer satisfaction by performing the following duties. What you'll do

+ Working from engineering drawings, schematics and technical manuals, performs hands-on field service duties at customer sites, i.e., on-site installations of systems, upgrades and retrofits; diagnosis, preventative maintenance and repairs of complex electronic and mechanical systems; debugging; etc. Working from final process results on customer product, can provide basic-to-advanced equipment troubleshooting; identification of equipment or process problems, as well as provide operational, maintenance and proper use training to customers and fellow employees on equipment.

+ May recommend to customer, fellow employees and factory personnel, equipment modifications or improvements to methods and/or maintenance schedules to enhance the operation and performance of the equipment.

+ In a timely manner, submits all necessary documentation, i.e., timesheets; expense reports; weekly update field service reports; etc. as dictated via company policies, procedures and practices. Adheres strictly to guidelines and instructions issued by management.

+ Maintains technical proficiency and troubleshooting skills in order to be thoroughly knowledgeable in and capable of correcting problems concerned with the electronic, electrical, pneumatic, mechanical assembly, drive mechanism, and software systems for all equipment. As required, may be instructed to take continuing education courses, seminars and in-house/OJT.

+ Takes an active role in information training of less-experienced field service engineers.

+ Act as key link to customer satisfaction by handling a wide variety of customer service problems, i.e., orders or complaints for installation, failures, investigations in service, solicitation of additional service, etc. in a manner which will enhance service and equipment reputation, as well as develop and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and improved customer relations.

+ You will be responsible for development of the SoC Test Implementation plan describing the strategies to address the DFT requirements for the design, planning of the hierarchical test architecture, insertion of DFT structures, generation, simulation, and validation of test patterns for both DFT logic verification and for HVM ATE testing of the design, supporting the Static Timing Analysis (STA) team for the timing closure for the DFT modes of the design, and for supporting the Test Engineering team during silicon bring-up and New Product Introduction (NPI).

+ You will also work closely with internal Test Methodology team and IP development teams.

+ Develops the logic design, register transfer level (RTL) coding, simulation, and provides DFT timing closure support as well as test content generation and delivery to manufacturing for various DFx content (including SCAN, MBIST, and BSCAN)

+ Participates and collaborates in the definition of architecture and microarchitecture features of the block, subsystem, and SoC under DFT being designed (including TAP, SCAN, MBIST, BSCAN, proc monitors, in system test/BIST)

+ Develops HVM content for rapid bring up and ramp to production on the automatic test equipment (ATE)

+ Applies various strategies, tools, and methods to write and generate RTL and structural code to integrate DFT. Optimizes logic to qualify the design to meet power, performance, area, timing, testcoverage, DPM, and testtime/vectormemory reduction goals as well as design integrity for physical implementation

+ Reviews the verification plan and drives verification of the DFT design to achieve desired architecture and microarchitecture specifications

+ Ensures design features are verified correctly and resolves and implements corrective measures for failing RTL tests to ensure correctness of features. Integrates DFT blocks into functional IP and SoC and supports SoC customers to ensure highquality integration of the IP block

+ Collaborates with postsilicon and manufacturing team to verify the feature on silicon, support debug requirements, and document all learnings and improvements requirement in design and validation.

+ Drives high test coverage through structural and specific IP tests to achieve the quality and DPM objectives of the product and develops HVM content for rapid bring up and production on the ATE.
